OVERVIEW

This upstairs 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment is perfect for those wanting a stylish brand new space to vacation or work in. Custom woodwork, splashes of vibrant color, and all the amenities you need creating a perfect retreat.

Outdoor highlights include a private balcony with seating and fire pit, and an option to use our gated ground floor patio with grill (available upon request).

Restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are within walking distance, with dedicated hosts nearby to make sure your stay is exceptional. Guests have use of the entire upstairs including the balcony. Guests are also more than welcome to use the patio and grill upon request.

DETAILS TO NOTE

  • Our space is not suitable for small children.

  • No pets allowed.

  • My partner and I own a real estate business on the lower level. We come and go throughout the week and will respect your privacy.

  • During check in guests are required to enter through the front gate (with designated code) to access the garage in order to retreive the garage door opener. This entry point and all entry points are well lit. Once you enter through the gate and access the garage (if using), the final entry point is your Airbnb entrance located between the front gate and the garage. The Airbnb entrance is secure and private.

  • The main bedroom's north facing wall is partial with a space between the vaulted celing and closet. Although our space comfortably sleeps 4 people, with use of the sofa sleeper, some guests may prefer a completely private enclosed main bedroom.

  • The stairs entering the apartment are a little steep, and the steps are a tad narrow.

  • Please keep this in mind prior to booking. Anyone with mobility problems might consider a different space. There is a handrail, and the stairwell is illuminated.

  • This is an older building built in 1890.

  • Center Street Retreat is super accessible to downtown and major freeway systems/ bus routes are close by.
